I had a good stay at a cottage in a serene and secluded location. The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for long walks and bike rides. The cottage itself was charming, clean, and comfortable with a cozy cottage feel. I particularly enjoyed the private garden area, where I could relax in the evenings. The nearby River Wye provided an excellent opportunity to explore with my bikes and paddle boards. The local pub, 'The Crown & Anchor', was cute and served a must-try Wye Butty Beer. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and rejuvenating break.

As adventure travelers, we appreciated the excellent facilities and amenities provided. the room was superb, clean, and well laid out. the use of pallet furniture gave it a stylish touch. the bathroom was particularly impressive, making us want to renovate ours at home. the breakfast choices were fantastic, with a wide selection cooked to order. We also loved the little touches that added to the overall experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a holiday cottage in the beautiful countryside. The location was peaceful and allowed for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were accommodating and made me feel at home throughout my time there. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, enjoyed in the lovely kitchen with other friendly travelers. The well-kept gardens and seating areas added to the overall charm of the hotel. I had a tremendous experience and would highly recommend this holiday cottage for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

The WiFi strength was not sufficient for certain activities such as downloading files or watching shows on Netflix.

Studio layout was good with a wide selection of kitchen utilities. Location was very quiet yet central to many amenities. - Ideal for the activities we were wanting to do.

WiFi was very slow, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the vacation. Bathroom fan didn't work and was dusty.

We had a fantastic stay at The Steppes during our recent trip. The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful countryside of Hereford. The room we stayed in, The Blue Room, was separate from the main house, providing us with privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds and towels were of high standard, and the small en-suite bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, offering a full English breakfast with the option to choose specific items. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, such as the fridge with fresh milk and water, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a jar of biscuits. The beautiful garden was a lovely addition and the perfect spot to relax. Despite a slight issue with the WiFi signal range, we would still highly recommend The Steppes. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The accommodation was stunning, with beautiful surroundings and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very welcoming and provided helpful information on places to visit. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely walk-in shower.

The internet connection was fair and could be expected in a rural location. Unfortunately, the studio did not have a DVD player, so we had to bring our own.

The value for money at Steppes Holiday Cottages was really good, with fine accommodation and beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect, and the hosts were lovely, striking the perfect balance between being sociable and respecting our privacy.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a wider selection of tea bags, although the shortbread biscuits were a good treat.
